At BolsterKracht, we work with leaders that want to lead with integrity, authenticity, and impact. We help them improve how they communicate, make decisions, manage people, and navigate complexity- especially in fast-changing environments. Our goal is to equip leaders to have real, measurable impact in their teams and organizations.
Our Story
BolsterKracht was founded in 2015 by Niels Loendersloot. With a background in computer science, Niels started his career as an engineer before shifting his focus to leadership and team development. He developed a practical leadership model that combines analytical thinking (IQ) with emotional intelligence (EQ), now central to BolsterKracht’s approach.
Niels is one of roughly 5% of ICF-credentialed coaches worldwide to hold the Master Certified Coach credential, ICF’s highest level. It is awarded on the basis of recorded real coaching sessions, assessed against a published standard. For you, that means a coach who doesn’t need a script: someone who hears what sits beneath the technical problem and knows when to push and when to hold space.
BolsterKracht is known for its direct, no-nonsense approach to coaching, workshops and leadership programs- focused on raising self-awareness, tackling practical challenges, and driving results.
